Mammoth donkeys are sweet, gentle creatures. They love attention and will stand for hours to be groomed. What a relaxing and satisfying way to end a day, in their quiet presence, watching a glorious sunset.

It’s easy to forget the worries of the day and shed of the anxieties and stress. I think it’s why I save them for last when I do evening chores. I always linger a bit longer than necessary, soaking up the tranquility. Rejuvenating my spirit. Finding peace.
